Prof. Dr. Jens Mohrenweiser
Teaching: I teach Human Resource Management, Employment Relations and HR-Analytics in Bachelor and Master programmes.
Research: I use big administrative data and survey data to analyse training, productivity, co-determination and employee voice. Since 2022, I am Associate Editor for HR/OB for the Review of Managerial Science.

I joined Stralsund at the end of 2023 after spending 9 years at Bournemouth University Business School as principal lecturer for Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. In Bournemouth, I led Master programmes in HR and Business Analytics. I received my PhD from the University of Zurich and worked several years at the Centre of European Economic Research evaluating HR management practices in firms and government programmes in education.
