International Excursion: practical experience and adventures
Our field trip to the Azores was marvulous and are back with plenty of unique experienses.
From 21-30.10.24 we explored the archipelago of the Azores and analyzed the sustainable tourism. The Azores has been already certified as the 1st archipelago worldwide for their sustainable tourism development in 2019.
We were pleased to meet with several companies, to visit the University of the Azores and to discuss sustainability with locals and scientists. We also enjoyed to experience the unique natural environment and marine life as we were happy to discover three islands.
Our excursion is truly a special highlight, providing students with lasting experiences.

The practical approach with case projects and an excursion were decisive factors for studying TDS. Additionally, I have always enjoyed travelling and I find different cultures fascinating, this program enables me to work with what I love."
