Berlin is one of the centers of the global internet economy. Established players, investors and startups, combined with a lot of creativity and know-how have created a fascinating microcosm that changes every day. 

Our excursion to Berlin gave students insights into this fascinating world. We visited a mixture of better-known companies, venture-capitalists, small startups and industry events. This gave us the opportunity to learn about their history, organization, plans and challenges. Most importantly, we got into direct contact with the people who advance all this change and we have seen what motivates them and how their everyday work life looked like.
